For visitors who already register, please read the below terms & conditions carefully.
Terms and condition:

• Kindly be advised that all of your data will be verified by us, to ensure that your data is in accordance with GIIAS trade visitors criteria and you are the right person to gain FREE ENTRY PASS for VIP & Press Day.
• If you are eligible to gain the FREE ENTRY PASS, we will send out a confirmation letter by email stating that you are the QUALIFIED TRADE VISITOR on Tuesday, 9 August 2016 at the latest.
• The confirmation letter will only be valid to be used on the VIP and Press day of GIIAS 2016 on 11 August 2016 at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD.
• Qualified trade visitors are required to submit their business card in the registration counter.
• GIIAS Committee has the full right to choose the candidate who will receive the FREE ENTRY PASS.
